Shipping Information

All orders over $50 ship post free.

Most golf tee orders received before 3:00pm will ship the same business day. Golf Bags and other large items may take 3-5 days to process. Some products will have particular shipping times listed in the product information, therefore please read all the information regarding the produce you are purchasing.

We make every attempt to ship golf tees, GPS systems and golf accessories the same day. All items less than 5 pounds are sent USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 days. Large items can take up to 3-5 days to process and will be delivered in approximaley 5 business days via FedEx, UPS or DHL delivery. In some cases, to ensure an item gets to you quicker we may ship to you direct from the manufacturer. Please note that in some cases larger items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may require additional postage charges if they are unable to be sent USPS. (eg FedEx or UPS). We will notify you after your order is placed with a quote to see if you wish to pay these additional charges. Please note that some products, for example Personalized/Logo golf balls, cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please contact us with any questions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF US)

Although we directly do not ship outside of the USA, we do have a couple of options available for international customers to get their hands on our products.

Option 1

Use a US mail forwarding company.

Shipito are a US mail forwarding company and their process is very straightforward.

1. Register for a Free US address through Shipito.com

2. Purchase through our store as normal and enter your US address for your shipping details

3. The goods will be shipped from us to your Shipito address

4. When received by Shipito, they will notify you that the goods have arrived and present a number of courier options to forward the goods onto you in your respective country.

5. Pay the shipping costs to Shipito.com and they will sent the goods to you using your preferred method.

They offer a wide range of shipping options and services to suit all budgets ranging from USPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL and even their own low rate shipping services.

We have experience of Shipito and their service has been excellent however there are other companies that offer a similar service that you may want to look at.

We do not recommend one over the other therefore feel free to research to see which option is best for you.

Option 2

InternationalCheckout.com

International Checkout work in a similar way to other US mail forwarding companies, although you do not need to register a US Address. The checkout procedure is completed on their checkout page and the goods will be shipped directly to their depot and then forwarded onto you, the customer.

To use the International Checkout option simply follow the instructions below

1. Browse our website and add your required to your shopping cart.

2. When you have finished choosing your products, on the View Cart/Shopping Basket page click the International Checkout button to checkout.

3. You will be directed to International Checkout's payment page when you complete the details and checkout.

4. International Checkout then place your order directly on our website and have it shipped to them, where they then forward the goods to you.
